What happens after I accept a quote?
You are sent a booking confirmation letter and a quotation acceptance with the payment and work terms, an invoice schedule and a cancellation form. Check the work listed and the types, finishes and colours of paint before you sign.
When is payment due?
On standard terms, a deposit is due by 5pm, seven days before work starts. The balance is due by 5pm the day after completion. Your payment schedule is set out with your booking confirmation, and the terms are printed at the bottom of every quote and invoice.
How can I pay?
Cash, bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard, in any combination that works for you. Conditions apply to card payments, so please ask for details.
Can I change the paint colour after booking?
Changing the colour, type or finish once paint has been ordered or applied will cost extra, so it is worth being sure before you sign the quotation acceptance.
What if I cannot pay on time?
Talk to the office before work starts, or as soon as you can. Alternative terms can sometimes be agreed in writing beforehand. Late payment attracts an administration fee and can mean losing any discount offered, and unpaid invoices are always pursued.
What if something is not right?
Say so straight away and it will be worked through with you in line with your terms and conditions. If things are still not right, put your comments in writing.

Pattern Perfect gift vouchers are sold in multiples of £125. They suit engagements, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and retirements, or a surprise makeover for someone coming home from holiday, hospital or a business trip.
Moving house? A project can be quoted and guests can contribute by buying vouchers. A payment account can be set up so guests pay directly, and a voucher is issued on the agreed closing date.
